07.09.2020-I registered in this casino.
On the same day, I used 2 of their welcome offers.
After that, I played 6 more times on Wednesdays using their 'Reload Bonus on Wednesdays'.
and the last time I won, I get a ban and a write-off of my winnings.
Before the ban, I provide all the requested documents, and pass Skype verification on request.
I was sure that there could be no problems, since I played it myself.
I will be accused of abusing the bonus, but don't you find it strange that I was accused of abusing the bonus when I won, and while I was losing it didn't count abuse. This leads me to think that the casino is being unfair to me as a player. The overall score of my games is negative, and this behavior of the casino is out of the ordinary!
I have always tried to get the maximum bonus bonus by making large deposits, the casino has set the maximum bonus value and the bets that can be used.
I went through all the verification, did not refuse anything and was in touch, and the casino unilaterally closes my account and takes the winnings.
